So, why the Alabama Gulf Coast? The story of why is personal to Charles.

Fifteen years ago, Charlie’s family began regularly visiting Gulf Shores as their favorite vacation spot. Some of Charlie’s Nashville friends had family that lived in Baldwin County and these friends had bought a second home in the beautiful community of Magnolia Springs. Charlie and his family loved the historic riverfront community and visited them often. In 2020, Charlie and his wife made up their minds to live out their dream of owning in Magnolia Springs! “We were in the right place at the right time and bought the perfect little river house for us in Magnolia Springs – our home away from home.” says Charlie.
